Indonesia: Nias Earthquake

As countries were still recovering from the devastation of the Asian tsunami, an 8.7 magnitude earthquake hit Nias and Simeulue, two small islands off Aceh, Indonesia, on 28 March 2005. The earthquake was also felt in Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia and Coco Island, Australia.
